Borderline tv/OT topic so I posted it here for more views

At the top of the list, which Landrieu outlined this week in a letter to CBS chairman and chief executive officer Les Moonves, are tax credits, which the mayor said would be attractive to CBS and its late night production. (See letter)

Seems like a very wise use of the mayor's time to spend on something with less than 0 percent chance of happening.
Yeah, having an aide draft up a letter and signing it is a huge waste of time I bet.

This. You never cross someone's mind unless you get in it somehow.
It's as much about future opportunity as current opportunity.

You know what, it's probably unlikely to ever happen but there would be a ton of source material.
