So I started this series a week or so ago, and finished it up last night.
How in the HELL did this show get cancelled? It's fricking awesome. Stephen Merchant is hilarious in it, and it's pretty well-written anc acted. Actually, I dig all of the characters and actors that play them...I think they all play them well. Especially Wade (Nate Torrence, a.k.a. the spoiled son from Mr. Sunshine).
It's definitely cringe-worthy awkwardness at times, but I find that hilarious.
The whole time I was watching, I kept thinking how the frick could this show have been cancelled/not have been more popular...it really is a solid comedy.
I searched and found some old threads on here, and some people said they are supposed to have an hour special to wrap up this show...anybody have any idea when that's supposed to happen?

I didn't know it got canceled? I thought it was funny and watched all the episodes.

Bored to Death got three seasons and Hello Ladies got canceled with the quickness. I enjoyed Bored to Death but Hello Ladies had more laughs per show.
There are countless other HBO shows that are average at best that got more than one season.

Very funny series....There were several LOL moments that's for sure.
Shame its done....Although I believe I read they may do like an hour long finale type episode or something at some point to finish it up....I could be totally wrong though

Loved the show. The wife liked it but she white knuckled it because she watched it in a constant clinch waiting on the overwhelming awkwardness.
The Cholo(sp) episode was awesome.

I loved it. I was very disappointed but not surprised to hear it was canceled.

Silicon Valley has been funny so far, so it will probably get canceled after this season.
