Recommend an in dash car stereo.

Looking to upgrade from the stock stereo in my car. Mine does have an AUX jack at least but I'm looking for something with more features. Something with not all but most of the following features:
-handsfree
-aux
-cd
-dvd
-satellite
-sd card slot
-usb
Not looking to spend more than $300 and preferably less. (I'm no OT Baller)
Looking for recommendations on not only what to buy, but where to purchase for best deal as well.
Can I find a better deal than this I suppose is what I am asking....

I have a friend who can do it if I purchase online. If I bought from a physical location I'd probably have them install it.

2010 Mustang. I'm not a car guy but the guy needed to sell it and it was cheap. I use it for back and forth to work.

Best Buy had a Pioneer screen that I wanted for $400, found the exact same one on sonicelectronx.com for $300.

may not be as cheap as amazon, but at least you'll have a comparison.
