Why wasn't Nadal Hassan's Fort Hood killings a hate crime?

He screamed Alluah Akbar before gunning down a dozen military personel at Fort Hood. Sounds to me like he hated those who weren't Muslim.

Why wasn't Hassan's spree considered a hate crime, but the Jewish center shooting yesterday is?

Elections, and no terrorist threat on our soil...plain as day why they covered up the real cause, as work place violence..Same way they tried to blame a video on Benghazi...

The question you should be asking is why it was not labeled an act of terror. It clearly was.

Exactly who made the determination as to it being not a hate crime or terrorism?

God help the person who doesn't know why Obama didn't call it an act of terror.

They obviously want to be on the wrong side of history.

How was that TPOS allowed to be an Officer in the United States Army ... even after all the warning signs were there that he was a wacko?

I'll tell you how ... Political Correctness.

Too many people, in uniform or otherwise ... afraid to friggin' tell it like it is nowadays.

And, I don't pretend that "fear" of speaking out doesn't affect me as well.

Because people who speak out end up being labeled, at best.

That is Our Country now.

Agreed. Just an off the cuff question for you seeing how you're an ex military man. Do you think all military personnel, if they so desire, should be able to possess side arms while on base?
