Got some dental work done a little over a year ago. While my teeth have gradually gotten less sensitive, I still feel pain when eating crunchy foods in particular.

I am going to a new dentist this week. If he finds that the other guy did a shitty job.....is there a way to get my money back from my previous dentist? (Let's work under the assumption he won't give me my money back if I simply ask)

That's the chance you take with "doctors"

I'll add that to the list under "Plan D"

Serious question: How old are you?

Surely the lawyer fees will be more than the potential refund

Young enough that I can't afford to redo all the work the first dentist did.....

Did you even pay for the dental work yourself to begin with? Did insurance cover any of it?

What kind of dental work did you have done? Is it a possibility that the pain you're feeling is from something different?

I think you should get a professional's opinion on what the actual problem is before you start thinking about who you're going to sue.

If you would have listen to mommy and daddy and taken good care of your teeth in the first place none of this would have happened.

you have no one to blame but yourself

OK, one thing I've noticed is that teeth get more sensitive the older we get.

Mid-twenties is not that old, so I don't think that's the factor.

Time for a new dentist and the next time someone recommends equilibration, kick 'em in the nads.

If you can negotiate getting a new toothbrush and dental floss from the original dentist, that would be a great settlement.

Sue your parents for fricking and giving you fricked up teeth.

Insurance didn't cover it all.

This is why I'm seeing a new dentist. If he says this guy effed up then I may see what I can do.

Maybe you should have gone with a Dental Chiropractor?

I don't really expect much to happen. It's just a pisser that my teeth have felt worse after his "treatment."

You can type out Oubre, bro. He's been brought up here before.

At worst I can put dog poop in his mailbox with a letter that reads, "You know what you did."
