Looking on Google Earth - looks like Dolphin Drive is in the middle of a run down trailer park....

There was another murder in the immediate area within the past couple of years, and to my knowledge, the guy was never found.

You might be right. It was 2-3 years ago, a guy shot his wife and killed himself in the house on Glenlea.

eta: I remember that now. That guy used to live down the street from my dad's previous home. Met him several times.
