Will they mention the most used phrase in those two days?
"Fellahs, waaatch ya mics"

The images of a police force rumbling around the streets of a closed down city make me sick.

I am sure they will parrot the narrative.

Is there any mention of how Reddit and the OT solved the case?

It was quite an experience. Don't think I slept more than an hour or so in those two days. Couldn't stop listening to the scanners and refreshing that thread

think I went to sleep at like 3AM and woke up at 10 and immediately got in the thread and turned on the police scanners

ha, it was really intense. I went to bed around 4am and had to be at work at 7. Rough morning but it was worth it. I was listening to the scanner when the campus security guard was shot and listened to the entire ordeal.

CNN still makes it a point to say "We will wait for official confirmation on what we are hearing before we pass it on" on every big story because of that

That was one hell of a thread. It was a surreal experience.

You'd refresh and have to catch up on 20 posts.

I fell asleep with police scanners on my computer. I'm surprised I didn't have crazy arse dreams.

Did they ever count up the number of houses hit when the police fired the 143 rounds at the bros without hitting them?
