Lenco trim tabs (electric) on a 2004 Sterling flats boat are giving me issues. The Port side actuator will not go down. The Actuator will make a noise to come up, but it is silent when the button is pressed to go down. I thought it may be the switch so i replaced that, but the problem continued. the other side works correctly. what may be my problem?

I tried calling Lenco but no one picks up...

you're not holding your mouth right when pressing the button
- test the voltage at the actuator and at the trim tab
- any inline fuses?

Used to have a lot of issues with my Lenco's....finally found problem. After the control box and before going beneath floor, the dealer had installed quick disconnects (stupid idea) and they would loose connections. I cut out and made a good solder connection and now they work great.
