What kind of situational plays are you talking about? You may be better off just actually explaining it to him, because there is no baseball game out there where you can put runners in a certain position with a certain count facing a certain batter. You would just have to play the game.

you'd be better off just explaining it to him then. Sit at a coffee table and use condiments or something to represent players, etc. No game out there will be able to replicate what you are trying to teach him.
