So, I have a house I'm in the process of selling. The buyer is requesting that I correct a drainage problem. Usually I'd handle it myself, but I don't live in the area anymore.

I need some recommendations from you guys so I can get some quotes and get this taken care of. Its needs a fairly simple french drainage system from the side of the house to the back yard.

Any of you have experience with anyone that they can recommend? The house is in St. Gabriel, near UClub. I need someone who can come out and knock this out quickly.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Call Don Broussard at Green Escapes Nursery. Don't have the number on me but Google is your friend

Get quotes to have it done. Use the cheapest quote and deduct from sale price. Let them handle it.

Google exterior water proofing for that area.

Eta that's if water is entering the house. If not, hire a Mexican with a bobcat to grade the issue.
