Going to a corporate crawfish boil tonight......,2000# @ $4.50/LB

That is how much that was paid for the event.

What level of quality should i expect here in houston? no, i do not know who is doing the boiling

How are we supposed to guess at something like this?

I've never had a problem at these kind of events. Those guys that have the big rigs and do this for a living know their stuff.

probably on par with all other places in houston that do crawfish (not great). but i wouldnt turn down free crawfish. just wash down all that "dusting" with a cold one.

We have a company crawfish boil every year, ours is tomorrow. From what I hear we will have similar numbers to what you posted. It all depends on who's boiling them, but we've always had good crawfish at ours. Those guys definitely know what they are doing.

my company did a boil last week 11,000lbs catered from Tony's seafood and they were pretty damn tasty..
