just scouted all the enemy bases. I know I can 3 star all of them except 2 or 3 bases. but i'll be able to at least 2 star those bases

Yeah 3 starring a base with 2 ITs is damn near impossible unless you have lvl 30+ heroes and lvl 5 freeze spells.
