Now that the Appeals court ruled against Spinosa and the way he went about getting Rouzan approved by the zoning people, the powers that be rush to his aid once again.

quote:

Councilman John Delgado, who represents the area where Rouzan is located, says it's important to fast track the process since residential construction at Rouzan is already underway and could be derailed if the issues raised by the First Circuit are not resolved.

Shouldn't Delgado e out chasing the Taliban instead?

I would like to know what Mr. Delgado thinks should be the consequences of Mr. Rouzan's application for traditional neighborhood development zoning containing false information? Should Rouzan be allowed to benefit from his deception? Delgado mentions the inconvenience to people who have invested in Rouzan, but they are victims of Spinoza, and he should be held accountable for any losses they incur as a result of his deception. It is disgusting that an elected official would seek to protect a corrupt businessman from being held accountable for his corrupt practices.
