The Dominican Republic University educated ophthalmologist generating a hefty return from Medicare patients. Can't be any waste here. Tip of the Iceberg ahead...

Well clearly we need to make sure the rest of the doctors are getting equal financial gain from this. This guy can't be the only one following all the rules and making decent money. I thought medicare would bankrupt all of our doctors.

JFWIW, Dr.Melgen is the sleaze bucket who was setting up Sen. Robert Menendez with underage girls in the DR.
