I had to look that up too.
As I understand it, it means that you identify with your naturally born state of gender, i.e. born a male, identify as a male, act like a male as opposed to trans-gendered people who are born the opposite sex of how they "feel".
Basically it means that if you act like a normal male or female, you're a horrible person

Well, if you're a woman, you should be proud of it, embrace it and empower other females. If you're a male, particularly a white male, you should emasculate yourself and grovel at the feet of women and trannies to beg forgiveness for the thousands of years of oppression and slavery that you have projected on others (whether you knew you were doing it or not)
