With Jarvis' not so great combine, how much will a great Pro Day improve stock?

Wasn't he projected like a high to mid 2nd rounder before combine? Will a great Pro Day out weigh a bad combine?

If he runs a good 40 time (like 4.6s) it will boost him back up pretty quick.

Don't you think the answer is pretty obvious?

In which contest? Didn't catch the entire combine, only about 20% of it. Looked in the combine thread a while back and all the people bitching about his numbers he put up. Heard he pulled something, but don't know where at in combine.

Could boost as high as tail end of the 1st, if more receivers fly off early than expected.

Yeah but you see, you have to question the intelligence of the people who quote Boosie in their signature

Don't you think if it I'd have known it was obvious, I wouldn't have asked?

My question was even with the bad combine, will a great Pro Day project him higher than initially was.

he's gonna run somewhere around a 4.55-4.59 and it will help him greatly. I'm kind of hoping he goes later to a team like the Pats or Broncos so he can really flourish.

I like him in the first... but only to certain teams. I think he falls to the 2nd though with all the other big name guys in this draft. 2nd is still pretty good for a class as loaded as this one though

I wish he'd go to the saints. But I will still pull for him no matter where he goes.

I think he goes in the second no matter what. He is not fast and due to him not being 6'3-6'4, he would need to run in the 4.4s. But every team will look at his film and no way he gets out of the 2nd. I could see the Pats trading out of the 1st round with a team trying to trade back in and the Pats taking him at the top of the 2nd.

He is one of those prospects that scouts don't really care how he runs. They see skills that not many have that reflect better during games and not in a workout. He is so tough, smart and has the work ethic NFL coaches love. Trust me there are teams hoping he slides to them in the 2nd.

of course it'll help. but I saw a guy on NFL.com say that despite his combine numbers not being great, it was hard to ignore his level of production and highlight reel plays.

No. If he has a great Pro Day, it will only decrease his draft stock.

Obviously.

Can you imagine him on Green Bay? Aw man! Or with the 9ers, maybe even Colts. I like Odell to the Chiefs or Saints.

Yeah I bet. Could it even be possible all 4 of these guys land on same team? You talk about a miracle! Mett, Hill, Beckham and Landry. The Big 4 2.0! Maybe Odell first, Landry second and get two 3rd's and shoot for Mett and Hill? Would be pretty cool though

needs to improve his combine numbers to get back into the second round. His combine numbers were worse than expected.

Could a 4.5 make it happen? Also what was his vertical? Think I read like bottom 5 of all receivers who competed?

I wouldn't put a lot of stock into his combine numbers or how his pro day goes today. Once the coaches put on actual game film they will know that Landry can get things done in the league.
