Since Tabasco has 7 different styles of hot sauce, does anyone have any favorites or know of any of those that just aren't worth getting. I want to try some, but if some are just not worth getting I don't want to waste my money.

TIA

Best is the Chipotle. I generally don't use the others much, except the original mixed in with ketchup.

Chipotle is my favorite one, I use it as a marinade, dipping sauce, etc. I don't use it on rice & gravy type dishes, mostly when I make burgers, meatloaf, grilled/broiled chicken, grilled fish. It is also good to add to mayo, dips, or sauces. I like to use the original on spegg or étouffée, I use crystal or my homemade stuff for rice & gravy.
I don't like the jalapeño flavor, I've only had the soy sauce once & it was good. I tries the sweet & sour one at the Tabasco store & it was pretty damn good, just can't find it around home.

Original is too heavy on the vinegar. I prefer LA brand.

This is pretty difficult...I like them all a little too much. But the one I use the least is the Habenero

If you mean the Sweet & Spicy, then I agree. It was a good dipping sauce, and like you I can't find it any more.

We took a tour of the Tabasco factory about a month or so ago and I got a sample of their Sriracha sauce, which just came out. That was the tits. Haven't seen it in stores around Baton Rouge, so I feel like a dickhead for not picking up a bottle.

Are all of the flavors heavy on the vinegar?
