Would it be possible for admins to not anchor a topic due to a short title?

Rather make a request in the thread that it be altered, or just alter it themselves?
This seemed like a good thread, and it was a desctiptive title. But it was only two words.

It also would make the admins more a a servant of the people, it would help their image in the TD.com community.
