The one and only time I went to Italian Bowl, I was served a raw chicken breast in the chicken parm. The place was full of young employees popping each other with towels and cussing each other out in the kitchen, along with a 50 minute ticket time for a meal, when I was the ONLY person in the place.
After showing the waiter my raw chicken, he chuckled, took it back to the kitchen, then brought my bill. Nobody ever came to address the issue, nor did the owner contact me after letting him know about the above issues. F this place.
