It feels like it's radiating down and I feel tingling in my skin. I'm only 35.

Try to refrain from taking pain meds. Good luck.

Get a 5 pound bar and do supermans. It'll be gone before you know it.

I get back pain as well now if I didn't stretch properly after certain work outs. I'm 36.

Face it....we are getting old

Get a foam roller....it's helped me a lot

Had an l5-s1 herniation snowboarding 10 years ago. Permanent nerve damage down right leg. Right foot permanently 30% numb at all times. Muscle atrophy in outside of right hip hammy quad and calf...but my back doesn't hurt that bad. I do heavy squats and deadlines to keep the muscles strong around it.

Don't have it thank God. I'm a young 34 with 4 years in the Army. Do have an arthritic left ankle though due to a fracture 11 years ago.

havent had it in about a year. went to a chiropractor once and never went back. only thing good they do is the electrode shock thing. everything else is a crock of shite.

I had x-rays done and my spine bends to the side if you were looking straight at me and its to straight when you look from the side. Both doctors asked if I got in a bad wreck when I was younger. I didnt and had no idea why my spine is so jacked up.

I had terrible posture for awhile which didnt help.

I dont know though why its been dormant for a year though. Not complaining

Fwiw Im 32 and have had this for almost 10 years

If you don't have a medical condition, get your butt in the gym. Start off with light workouts and build your strength up.
