So, I lost my first YETI drain plug a few weeks ago. This weekend I plan to make a leader with swivels and attach it to my YETI and the drain plug with self tapping screws. No more lost plug!!

I have also been kicking around the thought of installing wheels on my 50qt.

Has anyone else modified their coolers to better suit what they are used for??

I'm also going to trim one of my big cutting boards to make a divider.

I put a picatinny rail on it so I could mount things like tac lights or a bipod

I saw one on a boat this weekend that was modified up a little. They put two speakers on the sides and a CD am/fm radio on the front. Seemed like a waste to me but the sound was pretty pumping when it was turned up.

I've been thinking about having my Roadie lid dipped in camo. But I treat my ice chest like old wore out whores, they just get all beat up....

Making mine (k2) into a casting platform. Just as expensive as a casting platform when all's said and done, but now I have a good ice chest as well.

I thought about building a small bracket with wheels on it and ratchet strap it to the back side of the cooler so I could pick up the front end and wheel it around. The only downside to this is if you wanted a beverage, you would have to undo the ratchet strap to open the lid.

Boat looks sick. Moar pics?

I screwed a bottle opener onto the outside of my 65. Haven't done anything other than that.

What about using the side tie downs? Off to Google to see if someone else has done it...

This is what I was kicking around also. Check out how YETI straps it... I was thinking about building a saddle type frame from SS tubing...

I've been googling it for weeks, only found 1 picture of a home made rig.

Scratch that, check out "The Rambler" wheel kit.

Both look nice but damn, $200, what would a coonass charge to duplicate one?

ETA: Does the first one steer?
