How about an anchored thread with Classic Source Pics? Maybe eventually broken down by topics similar to the Classic Farks Index? The other thing that we could do would be to "green screen" existing image cut outs. As far as I know, no one has done this.

Any interest?

I assume you mean like this one:

I didn't do this one (I can't recall who did/don't want to look through 45 pages)...

But I don't know how to make a mask. I love this idea cuz it would save a lot of time.

I don't know what I am doing wrong here with the green screen. Operator or program, but I can't seem to lock the image onto a transparent background. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried locking the background raster in different ways. Can't seem to figure it out.

Mike, I think you have to save in GIF format to create a transparent background (larger file size) or Green (any easily contrasting color) Background for JPEGs (smaller file size for photos).

Im not sure what program youre using Mike, but sometimes this doesnt work for me, but Fireworks has an export wizard where you can set index transparency and itll take out the background.

NC - what are your thoughts on creating a Classic Source Pics Index like the one you did for the farks? I started working on the source pics last night and could see how it would be useful.

i.e.
Classic Saban source pics
Classic Bama source pics
etc....

That will be the way to go if this thread becomes unwieldy. If individual threads/categories only have a couple of pics each, probably better to leave under one topic.
