Actually all you have to do is create one little stick figure, then copy and paste him and his duplicates 33 times and you are there. 2^33 = 8 billion and something.
Then get the colors right, throw on some BS calculator for each continent's add rate, and you are done.

Might be even easier than that. Upload each of the five stick figures once. Write a few lines of code and create a loop that puts up the right number for each continent. And that's it.
