Trying to loose a few, been successful so far just need to keep it up, omelet was pretty damn good though, 3color peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, lil bit of cheese and topped with an avocado, grant it a side of bacon would have really made it good

Cool. I've been looking into some lifestyle changes but not going overboard. Just make a few targeted changes.
