Basic IPhone function help

If someone texts me multiple photos, how do I select them all to email at once? Right now I can only figure out how to email one at a time

Click on the 1st pic and hold till it asks for more then click and check each box then send email.

If you save them to your photo reel, go to your photo reel and you can see "Select" in the upper right corner. It will allow you to select multiple photos, and then send the way you would normally send.
