I've listed the backup band under the stub. Scorpions for instance before anyone really knew who they were.

Very nice. Not a Kiss fan at all though. But other than that....

The tickets themselves were more creative back then

nice collection, I think my wife threw mine away, along with the rest of my cool shite, along the way. I think I'm probably about 90% of those in the 70's. Unfortunately most were at Hirsch Coliseum.

That was in 1977 in Lake Charles. Rick derringer was the backup band. Awesome show

Which was the best show from that list, in your opinion?

Your collection is nice.

I found some of my old one the other day in a box in the attic. These are the ones that survived somehow. I think most of mine were washed in my pants, lost, who knows.

right page top left is The Cult with Guns-n-Roses and the middle one is Depeche Mode Music for the Masses tour.

I like the U-2 one that says "LSU Assembly Center" and Love & Rockets with JaMes Addiction. That middle one is Lenny Kravitz with Blind Melon.

I really liked 1977 Fleetwood Mac, backed up by Bob Seager, Foreigner, and Kenny Loggins in old Tulane stadium. The Rolling Stones with the Doobie Brothers and Van Halen too was good.

That's awesome. I would love to do something like that some day. Too bad my kids would know what I was up to during college...

Great. I was at a bunch of those shows.

Btw, the Babys blew Journey off the stage that night.

This is a great idea. Here are some of my more recent stubs (last decade or so). For the older ones, I'll have to dig out my scrapbooks, but I've got some classics in there.

Good stuff. Where did you see these shows? I have the same stubs to a lot of these shows from Hirsch in Shreveport. The touring route was Atl, Bham, Jackson, Shreveport, Dallas, so most of the stuff I saw was on Thursday night.
I'm going to allow a pass for the Toto show, figured you were just trying to get laid.

Some good stuff there, rabbit. I like how now they scan the tickets, leaving them intact. I think my Led Zeppelin stub from '77 says LED Z.

Saw most between Lake Charles and News Orleans and everywhere in between. The Toto show was backed up by Head East, who I really wanted to see.

It was great! Johnny Van Zant backed them up at Slicks in St Martinville
