I put it in an adaptor and plugged it up. Can't read it. Tried other card in adapter and they worked.

Ran Zero Assumption Recovery. Couldn't find the disk.
Ran TestDisk Data Recovery Utility and it also couldn't find the SD card.
Running CardRecovery 6.1 right now. Been running three hours and hasn't found a file yet.

Are there any other options?

I can't format because I can't access it. Even if the format was wonky, the computer still should see it, right?
I don't really know what else to do. It's not mine. It's a very non-tech savy's friends. It's a card file of every job he did in the last two years. With very little back-up.

Happened to one of my wife's and I found a trial version of a lightweight program that was able to recover everything. I'm not sure what the program was but I'll look around for it.
