Lucy had leftover pasta.
I made new stir fry...pork with celery, onions, carrots, water chest nuts and peas. Sweet and Hot Garlic Sauce over rice. It was great. Lots of leftover for tomorrow since I'm playing golf and not cooking.

Dogs had the last of the leftover Dirty Rice. They said it was excellent.

After all these years with only anchovies on list of food substances I would never knowingly try again had to sample white perch jerky guy was bragging about today. Wish it had been an anchovie.
