He was a better complete player at LSU, but as a pure cornerback PP7 all day.

PP and Joe Haden, widely consider 2 of the top 3 CBs in the game right now along with Sherman, are ranked 9th and 10th, with guys like Desmond Trufant, Vontae Davis, and Maxwell ahead of them.... 
Tyrann may be a better defensive football player, but as a pure CB no.
Ok this list is horrible. They have CBs that arent even full time starters ranked in the top 20.
And wasnt TM a Safety for Arizona this year? He just bumped to the slot CB during nickel.

i don't really see the issue. Patrick Peterson is tied for second in coverage rating. they are only knocking his run defense and tackling

OK well in that case, Deion Sanders shouldnt be the best CB ever then. He wasnt great un run support and tackling.
Sherman had 44 tackles with 5 missed tackles. Peterson had 42 tackles with 7 missed tackles. Not like Sherman is better than PP in run support.
