Javier Baez value moving forward

With him not on the big league roster what is his value in a 2 man keeper league? We only have 6 bench spots, currently I have my 2 DL spots filled and with rollins being out for a few games really need a shortstop I can play.
Is it really worth stashing Baez on the bench hoping for a pop later in the season?

What's the earliest this guy may be called up? Castro is already struggling mightily. I'm in a dynasty league and obviously would love to have this guy.

Comceivably, April 11, but more realistically mid-June.
April 11 prolongs the time of free agency, while mid-June prolongs arbitration.
