What is a good online store to buy a pair?

I see they have Ice Iridium, Black Iridium, Bronze, Gold, etc. Any opinions on which model is best for baseball? The glasses are black.

Amazon. It's all Amazon these days.

Why do they need to be polarized for baseball?

i'm not going to say anything. i'm sure Chick Jr won't get beat up too often because of these.

Don't get polarized lens if the glasses are for playing.

how young is too young for Oakleys?

ETA: I think my brother was rocking his first pair on the diamond at 9 years old.

And should I bother with non-Oakley lenses?

Walleva

I just bought these for my fast jackets. They seem to be just as good as the Oakley lenses so far.

polarized glasses will compromise little chick's depth perception on the diamond.

personally, i would go with the glasses the claim to be HD glasses. i also wouldn't worry as much about brand as fit. - which will make it difficult to buy from amazon.

Buy the non polarized black lenses. If you can get the ones that are not so black that his eyes may be seen get those because the very dark lenses can cause problems in late afternoon games.
