Sorry if already posted. Still a rumor. Supposed to be announced today or tomorrow.

Will these teams send scrubs or will we get a full complement of players for the 100k plus? Is this even wide enough?

IF they are trying to broaden their support in the US they will play their big guns.

They know that there is an untapped market here as had been evident for a long while.

Messi vs Rondaldo in the Big House would be pretty damn awesome

You are completely ignorant of how soccer works outside of the US.

The proposed date is less than a month after the World Cup ends and a couple of weeks before the league seasons begin. There is no way that ManU and Madrid are going to send their best players on a trans-Atlantic flight with that timetable.

Damn. I saw a Michigan football game there when I was a tyke. Remember absolutely nothing. Seeing that sunken bowl shape, I´m not surprised.

If I´m in the vicinity, I´ll probably score some tickets and go. Why not?

Just got to remember to bring some high powered binoculars.

RM should have a lot of Castilla players, plus Morata, Nacho and Casemiro, I´d imagine. Maybe Jesé.

It´s that newer stuff that´s matted and has the little black rubber pellets strewn around, isn´t it?

Many train on that, they´ll be OK.

they will play the big names since its in august. some players may be rested depending on how far their countries advance in the WC. others may play sparingly.even if every world cup player doesn't feature there will still be some recognizable names even for the average soccer fan.

Gareth Bale. At least one of the right backs

ETA: Ronaldo will probably find a way to convince someone to let him play
