La Tech's young athletic department

Is it just me or does it appear La Tech is building something in Ruston? From the top on down to today's hire, I would be pretty excited to be a Bulldog fan right now.

It's near impossible to "build" something at a school like Tech. Success means a better job, and failure means loss of job. The only way to keep a coach is for them to hover by .500. It's the reality of the business
