MCET - Waiting on Patent for Liver Cancer Cure

On 3/20/14 MCET announced that they are trying to obtain a patent for a liver cancer cure. Today, asking bid was around $.0020 share.

The mkt cap is $6.3m.
I don't see the issue of dropping $200 and getting 100,000 shares. The mkt cap just needs to get to $63 million in order to make 2-grand.
