surprised, although i knew we were after him. aggies just offered his teammate today, so i thought something was up with that. they may know something is up and are running a little scared.

Cedar Hill puts out multiple high level prospects regularly. I wouldn't read too much into one of his teammates getting an offer.

Also, can someone explain the difference b/w composite rankings vs Top 247 rankings? I follow recruiting and have been meaning to ask this. Thanks in advance for any answers.

247 ratings is what the 247 experts think of the kids. The composite is a compilation of all the other recruiting sites (rivals, scout, etc).
