I have a friend building a home in there, too. In fact, he's actually building his first home for his new startup construction company, J4 Construction. He built his first house, not for that company, on his own in the hood I live in now and it's a great home that sold as soon as it was on the market.

Carriagewood is a great subdivision with some really impressive homes.

Just built last year in carriagewood. I used mike Murphy. He's the developer which made it easy because we didn't have to get a construction loan since he owned the land. He built our home in 3 and a half months. And he lives in the neighborhood so I figured if I ever had a problem I know where he lives. Lol. We moved in the house in august and no problems so far.

John Rivet does indeed do new construction. Two of his new houses are now finishing up on Carl Ave. in Southdowns.

I agree. Ron Babb was a little to proud of his work for our taste, when we built.

Whoever you choose, just be sure it's not DR Horton.
