I have a brand new ice cream paint job and the wasp are out today trying to mess it all up by building nest everywhere. Is there anything I can spray on the house in corners and what not that will keep the wasp from building nest?

Spectrcide wasp spray normally keeps them away after I spray, they don't rebuild. You could possibly use that as a preventive.

Close... What is blue and does not need gravity to keep it up?

It's what they used to do back in the day, especially old plantations. Anyway, I use a product called Suspend by Bayer or Cyper WP. Both do a great job as a deterrent for most insects. It's pricey, like 55$ a can, but works great and a can will probably last you a few years. Spray it on my house and at the camp every 3 months and no wasps, spiders, etc.

ETA: Precision pest control in BR has both these products

Really? Crap, I didn't know. It has been in the storage room at my camp for a while now. Does it lose its potency?
