Tuna on rye in the CBD?

Okay, I was thinking about lunch in the CBD while walking my dog this evening. Clearly, I'm in a rut downtown. I mean it seems like I literally get something from The Store, a chicken Caesar from Walk-on's (yeah, I know), or a wrap from City Greens. Back in the day I used to go a lot of places in the CBD or Quarter, it seems, but now I don't get past the square bounded by Carondelet, Poydras, Rampart and Gravier, it seems.
If I just want a good deli sandwich, like a tuna on rye that's not too "mayonnaisey"? Or a couple of decent salads. What's toward the river from Carondelet? I mean I know a lot of places but haven't been there in years, it seems. Hep a po' soul.

Welty's Deli
It's on Camp between Gravier and Natchez.
They have good soups, salads and sandwiches. Good daily specials too.
