Just a downright horrible list. You could throw a dart at random towards pictures on a wall and compile a better list.

I didn't read each and every description, but it's really just pictures and a ranking and a little background on the characters. I seriously doubt there are spoilers for episodes not shown.

Who ever made that list should be banned from watching or reading. They're too stupid.

It's pretty clear trolling. You don't put Joffry over Tyrion and in the Top 2 without meaning to piss off some people.
