Smoked Butt

Rubbed some butt yesterday and put it into the smoker overnight...




I had a gem to wake up to in time for today's opening MLB pitch.





Flour tortillas, cole slaw, cilantro, and BBQ sauce rounded out the dish.

Life is good.

Now that's how it's done. On the smoker, low & slow, no foil, easy peasy.

Can I nibble on the fat?

Looks awesome. Love what you did putting them into tacos and dressing them as you did. I could eat a whole mess of those.

No secret, just rub, then low and slow at or around 225-250 degrees til an internal target temp of 202.
