Not sure yet. Went and rode 12 miles and just ate three mangos. Maybe a banana smoothie before bed.

Just had some salmon taco lettuce wraps topped with some type of avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, red onion, nectarine concoction that my wife threw together. Wife and kids had theirs inside leftover pita bread.

Delicious.

Broke out the BBQ pit for the first time since Oct. Grilled some burgers and sausages. Lots of leftovers for Lucy because I'm going golfing tomorrow.

just went for a 7 mile run and ate a strawberry and a grape as I cooled down at my rowboat station. will probly have a can of tuna wrapped in lettuce, washed down with ice cold water for dinner.

or, grilled ribeye, sausage, cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped, haller pee neauxs, creamed corn and a salad?
