Will this software work on my Mac without Parallels?

I need to buy some software for my Mac and it said "Runs on MS Windows and Mac with Virtualization" when I looked to see if it was compatible. Does the "with Virtualization" mean I need to have parallels or something like it? TIA!

Yea boot camp or parallels.
If it's a .exe file & not a .dmg file Mac won't run it without bootcamp parallels or another virtualization software.
