I want to buy someone some classes. Has anyone had any experience with cooking classes in Baton Rouge? This would be for a true novice, but someone who is eager to learn.

I'll teach them.

We can discuss rates and times.

Let me know.

I'm not sure how well the internet sessions would go. She can't even dice an onion correctly.

I know the Louisiana Culinary Institute does "leisure classes" for the casual and interested aspiring chefs but don't know the exact schedule.

Has anyone done the Louisiana Culinary Institute, Ruffinos, or BD Kitchen cooking classes? Looking for any reviews from anyone who has taken any of the classes.
