Civil War time travel question/debate

Help settle a debate.
If 100 Navy Seals went back in time to the start of the civil war with standard issued equipment/gear, machine guns, AK's and unlimited amount of ammo, would they win the civil war?
It would be either them vs the North or them vs the South, not vs both.

That would be a badass theme for a video game.
But make it you and 3 other SEALS. Maybe frame it to where you and three other SEALS get sent via time machine to the Revolutionary War or WWI or something like that so you're not shooting Americans.

You need to elaborate on what kind of equipment they have. If it's just infantry weaponry (assault rifles, machine guns, snipers, explosives) there's no way they'd win.
If you're talking helicopters and airsupport, you obviously have a different conversation. (or, really, no conversation at all)
