Are women getting taller than men?

I was walking around the union and it seemed girls are amazons. In line, most of the girls were 5'7, one was even 6'1 ! and if you look closely. there are many "shrimp" guys who are 5'7 around.

IMO, women(and men) in Louisiana are shorter than average. I also don't consider a 5'7" woman "tall".

No...guys have gotten taller in the last few years. Six feet was a decent height in 2000. There are quite a few freshman taller thsn ne these days.

Boys will continue to grow during college but most girls are done, so give it a few more years.

I'm pretty sure that 5'7" is 2" below average for a man, and 5'7" is 3" above average for a woman. In short, you're wrong with that.
