I started a new job and I'm there until about 6pm everyday. I'm trying to get a new daily routine and working out before work looks like my only option. Those who do it,

how long of workout?
What time you go?
Does it suck?

Do T-25 or X3. 25 or 30 minutes. You can't beat that.

No it's amazing.

Your nights will be shorter, and you will feel better during the day. Will be tired towards the end of it though.

Doing P90x3 in afternoon before work. (I work graveyard). Gives me energy the rest of the night.

So technically that's morning, right?

I do the same with my workouts. I'm too much in zombie mode when I get home from work in the am. I sacrifice a lil bit of sleep to get up earlier to go to the gym.(I work 7p-7a)

So yes...it's technically "my morning"

I really, really want to and would make things a lot easier if I could get myself up consistently to workout in the mornings. But I am the complete opposite of a morning person and have a hard time getting myself going when I do get up early to go to the gym

This guy

I usually get to work around 8:15 and wake up at 6:20 to work out. There is a good gym at my apt, so I'm lucky to use that.

ETA: I'm not a morning person at all btw, and it does suck to get out of bed in the morning. You just gotta force yourself

Have frequently worked out in the mornings. I like it and prefer it to afternoon/evening workouts. Usually start 5:30 - 6:30 and train for about an hour. I can't tell much difference between morning and evening workouts.
