I've smoking it at 225 since 4:15.
It 180 internal about an hour ago and hasn't risen any since. How long does this plateau usually last? I have it in the oven finishing it off.

Long time. At 225, it's gonna take at least 12 hours usually. I've had them go 15/16.

Twin pack 15 pounds total .
It just bumped up to 183. I also have the oven on 260, with the temp on the maverick at 267.
Its smelling good in here.

That's what I've been reading.
Just went move the probe to the other one and its reading 190.
Do you wrap in foil and let it rest?
We plan to eat it around 1 tomorrow. I plan to pull it and stick it in a crockpot so its ready to eat when my kids team is finish playing.

I usually wrap in foil when it hits 165 and then bring it to 190. Take it off and put in cool oven or cooler wrapped in towels for a few hours

I'd wrap it in foil and toss it into an ice chest and then pull it at 12:30 today for your lunch at 1:00

I usually cheat and wrap mine in foil once they stall like that. Wrap it, cook till ~195-200. Then I wrap it in a big towel and let it sit in an ice chest until everyone's ready to eat. Meat is always super tender and falls apart. You do lose a bit of your bark by wrapping with foil but no one seems to mind

Update.
Last night Bout 10:30 it hit 195.
I wrapped it in foil and put it in the fridge. Woke up at 5:30 and pulled it. I didn't feel it was tender enough so I stuck In the crock pot on low. We ate at 2:30 or so and almost all of it went. I did some cheating but no one complained.
