22 Points
15 Assists
5 Rebounds
3 Steals

9/20 FG

Morrow had 20 and guys like Rivers/Ajinca/Miller/Babbit played very well.

He needs to start every game next year. Barring injuries.

He was rookie of the year as a starting PG.

The only problem is that he needs the ball in his hands a lot (whether to dish an assist or score off an iso) to put up those numbers. When Jrue comes back, what Tyreke will we get?

I think they can share the ball. Jrue is a really good spot up shooter.

If he can play this well with roberts around,he can do just fine with jrue.

Heck you could even see lineups with tyreke at the 1 and jrue at the 2.

Yep. Monty better have Jrue getting comfortable playing off the ball. Tyreke is a different player when he's at the 1.

Three straight posters with the same idea.

Think Monty can figure this out?

In crunch time, who do you want bringing the ball up?

Depends on the situation. PGS have a difficult time containing the bigger Tyreke.

not to mention a block!

Dude is playing big boy ball right now and all the normal back ups are even contributing very well.

We all know what hindsight is, but had we known that Tyreke would emerge as a real threat at the point, it kind of makes it look like giving up 2 first round picks was too much for Jrue.

I see your point. The preseason "plan" for Tyreke was fricked from the start.

I'm sure they figured EG would be long gone by now.

But would Tyreke have considered us as much if we wouldn't have traded for Jrue?

I'm interested to see Reke at Pg and Gordon at the 2 for a while. They are both combo guys, and can create some interesting match-ups.

I don't know, I'm not sure how many teams were offering him $11M per year, but maybe not.

I just worry that, once Jrue comes back, Tyreke may revert back to the inefficient mess that he was at the start of the season. It's clear that he is at his best when he is running the point.

And possibly add a long 3, and a lil more bulk at C. That'll be a nice squad.

Whether at the point or at the 2 he'll be very effective.

You also have to remember he was basically a one man show tonight.

Jrue's a great compliment to tyreke and AD because he can play D(he's one of the best)/Hit 3s with consistency and is a threat in his own right.

Thst's more than you can say about 2 rookies(one of whom hasn't played)
