She is typical of modern drivers: "I'm going the speed limit so I can drive in whatever lane I want."
NO YOU DUMB BROAD! Slower traffic keeps to the right. Doesn't matter if you are going the speed limit, 5 mph under or 10 mph over the speed limit.
