That second picture brings a whole new perspective to the situation. That is above any glass companies I know capabilities

Que?
You'd have to replace the whole IG unit (insulated glass). Any window company that worth a damn could do it. Prob looking at 12 bucks a SQF and 3-4$ a lite for internal grids. I'd take the sash out the window and visit a nearest window manufacturer.
Takes about 2 hrs to make an IG and reset it in sash, then you take it home and put it back in.

honestly, you are gonna pay through your arse for a two dollar payne of glass if you can even find someone to come out today...I would patch it up with some clear tape until you can get it fixed during the week...
if that is not acceptable, I would take careful measurements of the glass that needs replacing and then go to home depot or lowes and get a payne of clear plastic or glass cut...you can then knock out the broken glass and tape the payne in place until someone comes to repair it correctly....

Don't really wanna go the DIY route.

Stick a rag or towel in until Monday, and then have an expert give you a quote

no, I cant tell really. Might be single panes but the grids look like they are covered from glass, but from the shadows its hard to tell.
ETA:
If you can feel those metal grids, then it's not an IG

Use some glazing nails and caulk and you are there.

Don't be scared. You need to know how to do this. Go on Youtube and find directions.
Or call you little sister to do it.

You're going to pay out the a$$ for someone else to replace it for you. A lot of contractors don't want to waste their time with a one window job. It's not worth their time.
I would change it myself. All you need is a drill, a caulk gun, and a utility knife to get one old window out. It'll take maybe 20 minutes to change it out yourself. It's actually a very easy job....unless you're a beta male.

Last time I had one repaired. I took the sash/whole bottom moving part and dropped it off at the glass co. Charged me $45.00 minimum charge to replace the glass.
